Whether you’re taking on the 1km, 5km or 10km challenge, you’ll find the key information you need for event day below.
Location and Race Village
The Race Village is located near the Sutton Park Visitor Centre and Rangers Office.

Please head to the Race Village when you arrive to register and get ready for your challenge.
Registration and start times
Registration will be open from 9:30am until 10:20am.
Please arrive with plenty of time to register and get ready before your challenge starts.
1km: 10:00am
5km: 10:30am
10km: 10:30am
Getting to Sutton Park
By car
Free parking is available at Town Gate Car Park, located a short walk from the Race Village.
Please allow plenty of time for your journey and parking as Sutton Park may be busy.
By train
Sutton Coldfield train station is a short walk from Sutton Park.
By bus
The 77A bus stops near the entrance to Sutton Park.

Please remember that Sutton Park is hilly. Take your time and complete your challenge at your own pace.
Chipped timing
The 5km and 10km challenges are chip timed, allowing you to record your race time.
We have created a short video explaining how to set up and use your chipped timing.

Support on the course
There will be marshals positioned across the course to help guide and support you during your challenge.
We will also have a roaming marshal on a bike travelling around the course throughout the event to help keep participants safe and provide assistance where needed.
First aiders will also be available at the event.
Water stations
There will be a water station roughly halfway around the course.
Water will also be available when you finish your challenge in the Race Village.
Toilets and facilities
The Race Village will have:
- Registration tent
Toilets - Water at the finish
- First aiders
- A coffee and snacks van
Changing Places toilets are available at Clifton Road Youth Centre.
