We provide accessible and affordable activities for adults with additional needs including learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health conditions and other associated conditions, their families and carers.
You can choose from a wide range of low cost or free activities including social, leisure, recreational, sports, cycling and physical activity, hobbies and wellbeing.

Adult Sporting Opportunities
We provide sporting opportunities to people with additional needs of all ages and all ability levels.
Midland Mencap’s Sports team is led by fully qualified staff who are skilled in a variety of different sporting disciplines. Whether you want to join a football team, learn how to swim or try out a variety of team and solo sports in a safe and supportive environment, we will have an activity to suit you.
All participants regardless of experience will have the chance to compete in a Midland Mencap team if they want. Midland Mencap has two football teams in the regional Ability Counts league, we enter swimming galas, basketball & netball competitions managed by Special Olympics Great Britain.
