Armchair Aerobics

For those who like to sit and exercise to music.
An hour of gentle exercise and games gives the opportunity for everyone to enjoy music, join in the singing and have fun.

Tiger Feet Dance Class
11am – 12noon Friday
Moat House Community and Leisure Centre, Winston Ave, Coventry. CV2 1EA
Tiger Feet dance class giving everyone the chance to enjoy dancing.
Taking place in a circle with the use of props and specially design dance moves giving the dancers plenty of opportunity for interaction and lots of laughter. Led by Sara with specially worked routines mean that all abilities are able to join in.

Family Link Up
11am – 1pm
Coventry Boys and Girls Club, 50 Whitefriars Street, Coventry, CV1 2DS
Meets every third Saturday of the month. Everyone welcome. Various activities are arranged which is followed by a light lunch giving time to catch up with news and find out what is happening amongst friends.

Wayfarers Club
Term Time Every Tuesday Evening 7pm – 9pm

A variety of activities take place each week. These activities are planned by club members at the start of each term session. Quizzes, singalongs, skittles, an annual BBQ and Christmas Party. There are also theatre trips, ice hockey nights to watch the Blades in action, pub meals , and day trips in the summer break.
In addition to one off events there is a regular drama dance group Zig Zag, who’s members give 2 concerts a year. There is also a quiet area or a snooker table if you wish to take part in an activity.
Most activities are run by dedicated volunteers led by co-chair Wayne Judge. There are also visitors from time to time to demonstrate specialist skills or assist with craft sessions.
