Walsall Disability Hub
The Hub offers easy access to information, advice and support, including signposting to other services and amenities in the Borough. The Hub also delivers a timetable of social, leisure. recreational and hobby based activities and opportunities.
The Walsall Disability Hub also hosts Techy Friday’s session. This session is for people to learn about IT equipment and technology, with resources available for both adults with a learning disability and family carers.
There is an excellent Changing Places Suite which can be utilised during office hours Monday to Friday or pre-booked using the contact number below. This facility is FREE of charge and offers:
- Ceiling Tracked Hoist
- Changing Bed
- Shower and Shower Chair
- Height Adjustable Toilet
- Height Adjustable Basin
There is also an Internet Café offering 2 hour sessions on a drop in basis for adults with disabilities
Room Hire and Hot Desking is available with low and affordable rates for meetings, events and workshops, choose from a formal meeting room or open space area. Hot Desks available – bookable for 1 hour slots up to a full day including free wifi

Walsall Carers Hub is a Walsall Council funded service, led by Forward Carers and delivered by Midland Mencap.
Walsall Carers Hub is based alongside the Walsall Disability Hub, to offer a holistic one-stop place, for a wide range of support and information, advice and training as well as activities and social events for disabled people, unpaid carers and their families and support networks.
