Aim for your personal best over time, distance or fundraise to help people in the West Midlands with a learning disability live in a world where everybody is valued and included as active and equal citizens in their community regardless of need.
The route is suitable for all ages and fitness levels to run jog or walk
If you have a disability and if needed, your supporter can run for free and we have wheelchair places available too!
Details of the day:
When: Saturday 5 October 2019.
Where: Sutton Park, Birmingham.
Registration opens: 8:30am.
Adult registration fee 5km/10km: £10
1km route for just £5
Your entry includes:
Fundraising support, regular updates about the run, training guidance, baggage zone to store your belongings, chip timing, full route signage and marshalling, medical support, water stations, a photographer to capture all the fun, cheering on race day, a medal to add to your collection
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the run.
