Choose a distance that suits you and finish your challenge in Europe’s biggest urban park.
Aim for your personal best over time, distance or fundraise to help people in the West Midlands with a learning disability live in a world where everybody is valued and included as active and equal citizens in their community regardless of need.
The route is suitable for all ages and fitness levels to run jog or walk
If you have a disability and if needed, your supporter can run for free and we have wheelchair places available too
Details of the day
When: Saturday 5 October 2019.
Where: Sutton Park, Birmingham.
Registration opens: 8:30am.
Race Start 5k/10k: 10am (1k fun run starts after the 10k has finished)
Adult registration fee 5km/10km: £10
1km route for just £5
You must be aged 14 or older to take part in the 10k
Children under 11 must be accompanied by an responsible adult
